• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• During new drops or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to order volume.

 

2. Shipping Rates

 

We offer weight-based shipping on all orders. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and shipping destination.

3. Domestic Shipping Time Estimates (U.S.)

 

 

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Magazine Orders: 4–10 business days (for physical copies)

 

 

We currently do not offer expedited or overnight shipping, but we’re working to add those options in the future.

 

 

4. International Shipping

 

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We are working toward international options soon — stay tuned.

 

5. Digital Products (Magazines)

 

 

• If you purchase a digital magazine, it will be delivered via email shortly after your order is completed.

• Please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout.

 

6. Order Issues

 

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

 

1. Double-check your delivery address

2. Check with neighbors or your local USPS/UPS

3. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery

 

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we’ll always do our best to help.
