At The Inked Collective, we’re committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ve got you covered — within reason.

1. All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions

 

Due to the limited nature of our drops and magazine editions, all sales are final.

 

However, we will offer exchanges or refunds in the following cases:

 

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • There was an error on our part

 

If this applies to your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

 

2. No Returns for Fit or Change of Mind

 

Please review all size charts and product details before ordering.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

 

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Magazine purchases once opened or downloaded

 

 

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

 

Email us at info@marked4greatness.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of what went wrong

 

If eligible, we’ll offer:

 

  • A replacement (if item is in stock)

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • A store credit (if preferred)

 

 

4. Refund Processing Time

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

 

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

 

 

6. Final Sale Items

 

The following items are non-refundable:

 

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Digital products (magazines, PDFs, etc.)

  • Items marked “final sale”
